Pizza Hut Digital Ventures (PHDV) is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our Gurugram, Haryana office in India.
Responsibilities:
As the Technical Business Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in building our future as we evolve our Technical platform to the next level and disrupt the Home Food industry.
You’ll report into the Senior Product Manager and be responsible for defining the revolutionary new services that we need to build by leading the discovery work to identify exactly what is needed. In order to do this you will need to wot closely with a Product Team to understand the customer experiences we are looking to create, and how those vary across our key global markets before then identifying, designing and documenting how our services must evolve to drive business growth and customer value.
You’ll be motivated by a fast-paced, Agile environment and excel at driving multiple projects simultaneously to test and execute immediate change. You will support the delivery of new products and services, identifying, analysing and implementing game changing innovations.

Live in the data, be the expert for your domain, the experiences, user journeys, services and technology platform that underpins that.
Develop a deep understanding of customer experience, and how that is impacted and improved by the underlying service.
Understand, document and help design new interactions across our services and applications to increase the performance of the platform and enhance the customer experience
Use data and process modelling tools to analyse and represent information in an effective form, in order to translate business requirements into meaningful business recommendations
Writing detailed user stories and tasks, and managing these within structured Epics that can be followed by the rest of the squad
Apply strong Business Analysis skills and methodologies to ensure that what is produced is aligned and value maximised for our customers
Engage and discuss with the stakeholders on the status of a project, as well as constantly ensure business requirements are understood by the team
Constantly assess team processes & ways of working to identify opportunities to redesign or enhance and deliver improved productivity
What we are looking for:
5 years of experience in coding at some level, of event driven architectures, working with REST APIs
Expert knowledge and experience in the production and management of user stories.
Proven ability to decompose epics to a complete set of detailed stories, and work with the Product Owner to prioritise and provide a smooth hand-over to the development team.
The ability to work closely with a development team and to ensure stories and requirements are well communicated and understood
End to end solution design; able to understand the complexity of user stories and solution options in both the business and systems/technology domains.
Technical understanding, with hands-on experience in system platforms and architecture across web and mobile technologies.
Experience building technical designs of platforms and services.
Extensive experience in a customer-driven organisation with a customer first mind-set.
An understanding of and the ability to accommodate the needs of multi-disciplined teams, consisting of internal and external partners
The ability to confidently communicate progress at various levels, to influence the development team, stakeholders, and leadership
Nice to have:
Experience working across multiple markets, platforms and digital mediums, with a global team
Desire to seek out and embrace new ways of working.
Degree-educated preferred.
